The Crafty Lark reserves the right to decline service to any potential customer at any time for any reason.
Product
All items The Crafty Lark sells are individually handmade. Because of this, there will be variants with each item and some minor flaws or differences should be expected.
The Crafty Lark releases items in small batches. Once a batch is sold, an item may not be made available for purchase again.
Certain product may take up to six (6) weeks to ship after an order is placed.
The Crafty Lark does not accept holds of any kind on items.
Pre Orders
For a full run down on how pre order forms work for the grand opening, please visit the google doc here.
Pre order forms are on a first come first serve basis. Once slots are full, no more forms will be accepted for that round.
Customers who request a pre order slot have 24 hours to pay their invoice after it has been sent VIA email.
If a customer fails to pay within the 24 hour period, their pre order slot is forfeit and will be re opened.
Pre order items may take up to 4 weeks after shop opening to ship.
The Crafty Lark will not accept holds on pre order slots.
Pre Order slots cannot be requested or bought in advance of form release.
Shipping
The Crafty Lark is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in item price and must be paid by the customer.
The Crafty Lark does not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
Refunds, Returns, and Replacement
Refunds, returns, or replacements can be requested for a product up to 7 days after the item is received.
Requests must be submitted VIA email.
Refunds, replacements, and returns are all issued on a case by case basis.
If approved, the customer has 14 days after an item is received to return it to The Crafty Lark.
If product is not returned to The Crafty Lark, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss of value.
Refunds will be issued VIA the way the item was originally paid for.
The Crafty Lark does not issue refunds for buyers remorse, damage caused by mistreatment or misuse, or minor imperfections on the product.
Safety
Items made by The Crafty Lark may contain small parts that can present a choking hazard. Young children should have adult supervision when interacting with our product.
Product made by The Crafty Lark is NOT meant for use as pet toys unless otherwise stated.
Liability
The Crafty Lark is not responsible for any harm that may come to a person by misusing our product. This includes bodily injury, choking, property damage, destruction, or harm.
Content
The Crafty Lark reserves the right to use any and all photos, videos, or content featuring our product.
The images and content on www.thecraftylark.com and an social websites that we have joined are strictly for use by The Crafty Lark only. Images, video, or content of product can be used by customers that have purchased said items and are not for public use. Reusing or reposting images, product, or content to any website with out express permission from The Crafty Lark is prohibited.
